STRANGE LIGHT This listing is for a limited edition, giclee print of 'A Strange Light'. It is taken from one of my original book illustrations for Half Life - a book of haunting short stories by Sarah Gray.
ABOUT THE PRINTS Strange Light is available in three sizes - A3 unmounted, A4 unmounted and a 10" x 8" window mounted edition. Please choose your option from the drop down menu above.
Each edition of these prints is limited to 50, and will be numbered and signed by me.
The A3 and A4 unmounted prints have a small border around the edge of the paper and are ready to be window mounted and framed how ever you choose. The outer measurements of the window mount version is 10"x 8" which fits a standard size 10"x 8" frame. I print the images myself, therefore ensuring the highest quality, and I always use Epson pigment inks on Epson Archival paper. The prints do not come window mounted unless listed. All watermarks will be removed from your print.
HALF LIFE BOOK Half Life, the book, is available from Amazon here:-X
POSTAGE AND PACKING Your A4 and 10" x 8" print will be sent to you carefully wrapped in tissue paper, packed with card, put in a bubble bag and posted flat. The A3 print will be rolled up and sent to you in a carboard tube. All prints will be sent within the UK by Royal Mail first class post. Delivery to all other countries will be by standard airmail unless otherwise requested. First Class Postage and packing to UK customers is free and I try to keep postage and packing costs as low as possible for overseas customers. I do try and use recycled card for packaging where I can.
ARTWORK CARE For the best care of prints, you should ideally frame them behind glass and keep them out of direct sunlight. This goes for all types of artwork, not just digital prints. I use Epson pigment based inks on archival Epson paper, so the prints I sell on my website should be very long lasting. Any kind of artwork whether it is an oil painting, watercolour, photograph, print or collage, will gradually fade if exposed to sunlight, so do be careful where you choose to display your artwork.
The artwork is by Alodie Fielding and there is a copyright on all imagery.
