Postage and Packing


UK post is sent via Royal Mail and is FREE to UK Customers. Mail may take up to 5 business days, but can take longer. 

Special items, made~ to~ order, jewellery commissions, limited editions and unique pieces will be sent by Recorded Delivery, Next Day Delivery or very occasionally, by courier if the item is large, heavy  or liable to break. We can discuss postage options when you make your order.

REST OF WORLD -  Standard shipping is by Royal Mail International Standard and may take up to 25 business days, but can take longer. If you would prefer a specific service, please contact me and I will be happy to provide a quote. I calculate postage costs by weight, using Royal Mail Pricing  guidelines. Special items, made~ to~order, commissions, limited editions and unique pieces will be sent by courier or International Signed For. Each postage option can be discussed with you when dealing with your order.

Please note, I am really sorry, but I am unable to state anything other than the true value of goods on customs declarations, so customers are responsible for payment of any import taxes, duties or levies resulting from their order.


I am committed to reducing the amount of plastic and packaging that I use, so my cards, envelopes and jewellery backboards are made using recycled card and recycled paper stock. I wrap greetings cards in tissue paper, but I can pack them in cello style, biodegradable corn starch bags upon request. The corn starch bags should be disposed of in your food waste bin and not put in with your normal waste or recycling.

My 10"x 8"prints are posted flat and are first put in a cello bag before being sandwiched between recycled card or cardboard from old boxes. I have  ordinary A4 and 10"x 8" cello bags and bubble wrap envelopes to use up, but will move to a recycled or biodegrable option when stock is renewed. Larger prints will be sent flat or rolled in a cardboard tube.

Extra Postage Information & Lost Mail

All items for sale are made to order and will be shipped within 3 business days of receipt of your payment. For special order items and jewellery commissions, please allow a longer time after receipt of payment before the items are shipped. I can discuss timescales with you when I am dealing with your order, and will make sure you are satisfied with the arrangements. 

If there is any delay I will let you know as soon as possible after you have placed your order. If you require something super quick, please contact me and I will see what I can do to help. Your order will be shipped to your Paypal address /address provided, so please get in touch if you would like it delivered to a different address.

I have to follow Royal Mail's procedures for lost mail.  For standard UK deliveries, an item is not considered to be be lost until 15 working days after the item was due to have arrived, and for international deliveries, 25 working days, but this can take longer. Please contact your local Post Office or depot in the first instance if an item has not arrived in the expected time, otherwise contact me and I will do all I can to help. Thank you.
